One-on-One Training
Retail Rescue offer Retail Mentoring, Management Coaching and Business Consulting for Small to Medium Enterprises, (SMEs).
Whether you are a Retailer, Supplier, in Hospitality or are a Service based business, (in fact any Small to Medium sized business), you will benefit greatly from our management mentoring offers.

Monthly Mentoring with Owner or CEO
This where your mentor works with the key person in your business, usually the Owner, CEO or General Manager.
It involves a one hour call, once per month, whilst logged into your computer via free and secure software, (Teamviewer), which we provide and help you to install. This is so we can plan strategies and work on updating key documents together.
BONUS: We provide a performance tracking spreadsheet for no extra charge. Includes Cash-flow Planning, Marketing Planning, Buying Budgets and Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs).

A monthly written report is included and there is no lock in contract, rather we simply ask that you give us one month’s notice, in the unlikely event that you should you ever decide to discontinue the program.
Weekly Mentoring or Coaching with Nominated Person
This is where your Mentor or Coach interacts with a nominated person for 30 mins, once per week. The nominated person can be a Manager, Stock or Inventory Controller, Marketing Manager, Team Leader, Key Salesperson etc. basically anyone you wish to boost the skills of and drive business with.
Training provided is role specific and you can change the nominated person at the end of any month and as many times as you wish. This is invaluable should you wish to train up new employees.
